    UAE President makes official visit to Egypt to boost bilateral ties

    The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, arrived in Cairo on Monday for a crucial official visit to Egypt. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries and discuss critical regional and international issues. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, Sheikh Mohamed was warmly received by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and a host of senior officials.

    The high-level delegation accompanying Sheikh Mohamed included Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, and other officials. The two leaders exchanged greetings on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

    The official visit continued at the Al Ittihadiya Presidential Palace, where Sheikh Mohamed and his delegation were greeted with a guard of honor and a performance of both countries’ national anthems. The visit is expected to enhance cooperation and expand the existing partnerships in several areas between the UAE and Egypt.
